Evangel Church is committed to the entire family. We believe that "children are a gift from God (Psalm 127:3)," and while they are in our care, we have been entrusted with this most precious gift. It is our delight to provide your child with physical care and spiritual training that will build within each child a love for Jesus, His Word and His church
Children from birth to Kindergarten are loved and cared for in clean, safe classrooms with age-appropriate equipment and toys, allowing parents to attend the worship service and, if they choose, the prayer time that follows. All classrooms are staffed with well-trained teachers and volunteers who dedicate their time and talents each week to teach children spiritual truths through Bible stories, games, crafts and music.
The safety of your child is our chief concern, and for that reason, we thoroughly screen all adults serving in our classrooms and use a security identification system for the dropping off of and picking up of children.
At Evangel, children learn while having fun and acting like a kid. Loving teachers and volunteers are waiting to share God's word and His love with your child.
Sunday Morning Childrens Ministry
On Sunday morning we have Worship Care for children ages Birth - Kindergarten... 1st - 3rd grade may attend our Children's Worship Service.
Wednesday Night Childrens Ministry...
Our Wednesday Night Childrens Ministry is a focused on Sharing the truths of God's Word through Music, Bible Memory and Bible Teaching. We believe Jesus is the answer to every child’s needs, particularly for salvation and through our Wednesday Night Childrens Ministry boys and girls learn the importance of God’s word, what it means to be a Christian, and have fun doing it.
Our Wednesday Night Childrens Ministry materials have been carefully selected to clearly and consistently communicate the good news of Christ and His plan for their lives, as expressed in His Word and to build a Biblical foundation that helps them follow Christ through adulthood. Children learn spiritual truths through stories, songs, games and Bible memory.
Our Wednesday Night Childrens Ministry is offered during the school year (Mid August - May) on Wednesday nights from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. Children are grouped in classes according to age:
